Analytics & Conversion Tracking

Measurement configured properly, so you can tell which marketing produced enquiries instead of guessing.

The problem

Most businesses have Google Analytics installed and no conversion tracking configured. They can tell you how many people visited and nothing about how many got in touch — which is the only number that matters.

Without it, every marketing decision is made on instinct. You can't tell whether the SEO work is paying for itself, and you can't tell which pages actually generate business.

What's included

  • GA4 configured with conversion events that reflect real enquiries
  • Form submission and tap-to-call tracking
  • Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Call tracking numbers where phone is the primary channel
  • Channel attribution — which sources actually produce enquiries
  • A dashboard showing the handful of numbers worth watching
  • Consent and privacy configuration
  • A walkthrough so your team can read the reports without us

How we work

Measure, fix, build, report

  1. Measure

Audit and baseline first. Without a starting number, nobody can tell whether the work did anything.

  2. Fix

Technical problems first — crawlability, rendering, speed, redirects. Content on a broken site is wasted.

  3. Build

Pages and articles targeting one keyword each, written from real expertise rather than spun.

  4. Report

Monthly, against enquiries rather than impressions. If it isn't producing enquiries, we say so.

Analytics: common questions

We already have Google Analytics. Isn't that enough?

Analytics installed and analytics configured are different things. Out of the box it counts pageviews. Without conversion events it can't tell you which pages, campaigns, or keywords produced actual enquiries — which is the entire point.

Can you track phone calls?

Yes, two ways. Tap-to-call clicks on mobile are tracked as events at no extra cost. Full call tracking with dedicated numbers and recording is a paid service we can set up where phone is your main channel.

Is this a one-time setup or ongoing?

Setup is a fixed-fee project. Some clients add monthly reporting and review, but the configuration itself is done once and then maintained as the site changes.

Start with an audit, not a pitch

A fixed-fee technical audit tells you why your site isn't ranking, with each fix priced. You keep the report whether or not you hire us to implement it.
